An instance is removing several shifts from schedule planning. I had to contact support to find out how to access this function. It does not default to an editing mode, requiring needless clicking around, and the format could be too elaborate for its own good. The availability, overtime and PTO tools make payroll so easy. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** Integrations into payroll software didn't work, but with Custom Reports getting what I need isn't difficult. Changes across time to availability has been confusing to staff who know one way and then have it change. Do I mark when I'm not available and all else is unavailable? Or am I marking available and all else is unavailable? Vacation days and one off requests for shift changes or swaps are complicated but we developed a workaround. Shift swapping, publishing and approvals became to burdensome to continue. **Recommendations to others considering Humanity Schedule by TCP:** Despite improvements to this type of software across the internet I have stayed with Humanity since 2013 because it does what I need and is very simple and easy to use and understand. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating and staffing shifts with a very young and inexperienced workforce with many conflicting availabilities due to school schedules has become pain free. It is highly recommended for large organizations' scheduling and time tracking. Its GUI is user-friendly, and the reports feature is almost perfect (almost - as it needs minor improvements like the customized fields/columns you need). Creating a schedule without having to type each time is super effecent. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** I wish ShiftPlanning didn't have two tabs. One feature shows your staff and shifts, and the other gives you the format as if you were looking at where I fill voided changes. It will publish and notify all my employees via email immediately of any changes. It allows me to add new employees very, very quickly, big groups at a time.
