I would love to see one Shift Planning that that allows the same printing capabilities as the original Shift Planning. I would also like to be able to hide certain employees (for instance, I do not need to see my managers on my schedule, since I do not schedule them). When we first started using Humanity several years ago, I set up the calendar sync and it's worked ever since. Makes it easy to keep up with my schedule on my smart phone. Now that I am using it to create schedules, I like that I can filter employees down to just the ones I need to see. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** Little less intuitive than some programs I've used. We no longer use it for time tracking, but when we did, it worked well for that, also. We print out the tech schedule for the week and then make daily clinic assignments based on that. It is easy to view your schedule as well as other colleuge's and open shifts to pick up. I also receive emails when my manager updates shifts and am able to sync my schedule to my calendar. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** I wish that users were able to customize certain things on humanity. A lot of times for open shifts, managers have to make it so you could pick up only half a shift but I think employees should be able to pick up open shifts and specify if they can only work half the shift. I've submitted several myself and have viewed a ton of requests on their forum. There are many great ideas. It should be pretty straightforward, however when I set the shifts ,to "repeat" I don't always get what I expect . Could there be a "preview" screen so that I can see what I'm scheduling in the future? **Recommendations to others considering Humanity Schedule by TCP:** The online chat is very helpful. Sometimes the chat window appears quite a bit and it can be hard to minimize. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped our staff find their schedule, pick up shifts or exchange shifts on their phone. We now use it to run payroll though it doesn't have all the features we need. For payroll, I run "Hours Scheduled" for a set period and all staff. But I cannot distinguish which shifts are approved by the managers - all the shifts appear on the report. ### 29.
