We have a very large selection of tools and inventory that we track using the software and the software works well for us. **What do you dislike about TCMax?** The software is not user friendly or intuitive. A lot of employees struggle to learn how to use it beyond basic functions. **What problems is TCMax solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer have to keep paper copies of issue/turn in. When used in conjunction with a barcode scanner it makes issue/turn in operations essentially seamless and quick. ### 2.
