tbf work is HR software that automates creating and distributing personalized digital cards for workplace occasions. The platform integrates with HR systems to track dates like birthdays, work anniversaries, and departures. When an occasion approaches, the system generates a card, suggests contributors based on team structure, and allows managers to review and adjust the list before sending invitations. Contributors write personalized messages with optional prompts and images. Recipients access cards through a link without creating accounts, with messages displayed one at a time. The platform supports recurring events and custom occasions, integrates with systems like BambooHR, and functions on all devices through web access. Personal information is deleted after a set period.
