Avalara didn’t collect enough sales tax, which ended up coming straight out of my bottom line, and my reporting and numbers were completely off. We collect in over 40 states. Their nexus review was extremly thorough and we were able to unregister from quite a few states where we no longer have nexus. **What do you dislike about TaxValet?** So far the expeience has been all positives. Migrating over is always the worst part of making changes and their team was very good and coordinating and managing the bulk of the tedious work of finding log-ins, updating states, etc etc. **What problems is TaxValet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trusting that sales tax is being handled correctly and proactively is our biggest challenge when outsourcing as the liability is still on the business owner.
