Tax Jar reminders are a nice feature, and the peace of mine that I'm in compliance with my tax filing is also very important as a small business owner. It does not work. The Magento API is flawed. Support takes days to answer and when I contacted my salesperson about an issue there answer was for me to spend and extra 7k per year.
