It does not work. The Magento API is flawed. Support takes days to answer and when I contacted my salesperson about an issue there answer was for me to spend and extra 7k per year.

The easy ability to get sales tax reports for different states, as well as watch our economic nexus to see when we're approaching the threshold to began the registration process. It is somewhat difficult to verify if you have a nexus in a state or not and what state you need to actually pay taxes to. To be safe I guess you could just sign up with all states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
