Poor API **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2021 **What do you like best about TaxJar?** The idea of being able to manage sales tax compliance easily **What do you dislike about TaxJar?** It does not work. The Magento API is flawed. Support takes days to answer and when I contacted my salesperson about an issue there answer was for me to spend and extra 7k per year. Sales tax compliance is tough as is. But with tax jar I’d you are not paying attention you are putting yourself at risk. **Recommendations to others considering TaxJar:** Have a look at Avalra or other services who work hard to make sure you are completely compliant **What problems is TaxJar solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to get accurate rates but not able to get accurate reporting and filing without manual work to compensate for API flaws ### 2.
