We used to have a software with 3 different windows and we require 3 Desktops but with taxicaller, we are now using one desktop only. **What do you dislike about TaxiCaller?** Sometimes addresses do not go to right zones and that is a problem. **What problems is TaxiCaller solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well, its all in one solution for taxi dispatching needs. Even though several apps exist that are similar, it's still great to have more options cause that will create more competition **What do you dislike about TaxiCaller?** App is great in big cities like Manhattan, however, in other less popular cities it kind of doesn't exist, and if it did, the wait time is insane and unrealistic. **What problems is TaxiCaller solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't tried taxicaller as a business user yet, but from what I can see the company is offering competitive plans and is doing its best to simplify the process of joining them ### 3. It worked well with maps when I was in Manhattan. With its safety button, you can get help if there is a danger since you can navigate, record distances, and record directions as well **What do you dislike about TaxiCaller?** Despite only using the app a few times, it occasionally crashes and takes me back to the sign in screen, but only twice so far.Other than that, everything seems fine to me **What problems is TaxiCaller solving and how is that benefiting you?** Although I have only used it as a customer user, most people use it as a business user, and it contributes significantly to their income ### 4. Fair estimate feature provides a good approximation of what your trip price is likely to be. Favorite locations contain an exhaustive list of different venues around the place that you regularly visit. Real time vehicle tracking enables you to get an estimation of what your wait time is likely to be. An easy application to navigate for any routine or non-routine trips. After completing the trip, you can choose to rate the driver and the nature of the trip. The rating of your trip enables the organization to enhance their business. **What do you dislike about TaxiCaller?** Inspite of offering good features, Taxi app is not a free application. There is a fee of CAD 29 a month for using the application's enterprise version. If you are using a laptop/PC to place a ride, the configuration needs to be a high end one. Minimum of 2GB RAM is required. Also, a smartphone is needed with 3G/4G/5G network for the app to work. If you have tried Lyft for business or Uber for business, there is a chance that these products may have similar or better features. **Recommendations to others considering TaxiCaller:** TaxiCaller is a good app for large organizations. However, if you are using an app for yourself as an individual, you could evaluate Lyft/Uber or many other free apps and then take a conscious call. This app has a monthly price tag associated with it. **What problems is TaxiCaller solving and how is that benefiting you?** TaxiCaller has assisted me profusely with door-to-door commutation needs. During days of intense winter or snow, the app has enabled me to book the rides with ease and saved the hassle of driving related stress. The app has a simple mechanism to install and the rides could be schedules instantaneously. There is a fleet volume discount that is provide for passenger size above 10. The fare estimation feature gives a near to accurate estimate of the price to be paid for the travel. Real time vehicle tracking is shown with vehicle proximity. Flexibility to choose the size of the cab could be chosen based on the number of passengers and baggages. Caller ID of the driver is made available. Multiple payment methods are accepted by the app. The app also lets you pick the driver of your choice if he/she is in the vicinity. There is 24/7 phone support available for any issues. ### 5.
