Our goal is to meet customer satisfaction, and that cannot be met without having a platform where we can interact with them directly and instantly. Of all the features of tawk.to, the ability to engage several customers at a go is the the feature I like most. When customers are many, one agent can handle 3 to 5 clients at the same time. This helps us to engage as many customers as possible and make sure they have not left without purchasing our services. Tawk.to provides through the users' emails the weekly reports on customer engagement throughout the week. Although this is a good move, weekly roundup report does not provide the reliable data since it is difficult for the user to determine which period the demand is high based on the 7-day report. Recommendations to others considering tawk.to: Tawk.to reduces the workload of responding to the client mails, which may be tiresome.
