(1)4.5/5

Tawasel is a WhatsApp Business CRM built in the UAE for Gulf teams. It brings every customer conversation into one shared team inbox, so sales, support, and booking teams stop working from scattered personal phones. Built on the official WhatsApp Business API, Tawasel is Meta-verified and green-tick eligible. It includes bilingual AI that replies in Arabic (Modern Standard and Khaleeji dialect) and English, compliant broadcast campaigns, multi-number support, and CRM integrations with Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Zapier. Unlike international tools billed in USD, Tawasel is priced in AED with VAT-compliant invoicing. Plans start at AED 99/month with a 30-day free trial.
