**What do you like best about TATA VoIP?**

TATA VoIP has been the cheapest and best economical among the other market players offering with competitve rates and with the best service support till date and ease of use to integrate with our CRM tool.

**What do you dislike about TATA VoIP?**

Implementation setup was a bit delay as they were inefficient in allocating correct resources to the project.

**What problems is TATA VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While using the service we were able to overcome constant calldrops which we were facing with our previous voip provider and also it requires a comparative less bandwidth for our agents which made our agents much efficient.

**What do you like best about TATA VoIP?**

it was saving my money for connect with internationally and mainly it works globally so that the international communication was easy to connect and with the greater experience.

**What do you dislike about TATA VoIP?**

Sometimes I'm facing an call quality issue and middle of the call itself it will drop, again we need to rejoin and consistently getting the technical glitches, it was very frustrating.

**What problems is TATA VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because daily to connect with the customers it was helping me to affordable price for internationally and it was helpful me with the so many features like call forwarding, voice mail and many.

**What do you like best about TATA VoIP?**

It is better in customer experience to have no complexities, no restrictions with communication, which boosts up our UC. Very high quality and clarity in communication is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about TATA VoIP?**

The support system is somewhat terrible and lacks some basic features. It is only accompanied by communication services, and the routing is poor. Backup routes also fail in a safe model.

**What problems is TATA VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yes, very beneficial in communication easily, and there is some information and routes altered too. Overall experience is good and can be improved further to use more.

One stop solution for all international and inter organisation collaborations through calls as it provides seamless connectivity 24*7 with high quality service.

**What do you dislike about TATA VoIP?**

The only issue is that the service is economically viable if you are a medium to large player in the industry and is not as effective cost and infrastructure wise for small industry players.

TATA VoIP solved the problem of international connectivity to colleagues through the un-interrupted voice call facility provided, It was really helpful for immediate collaborations with counterparts in other countries.

**What do you like best about TATA VoIP?**

The superior bandwidth and call quality that is offered by the Tata VoIP product is really a game changer. It makes businesses run that much more efficiently and cost effectively.

**What do you dislike about TATA VoIP?**

The calls are not stable for a few regions. Moreover, at peak hours, we face call drops at times and the client satisfaction is adversely affected. These are a few pain points

Tata VoIP is helping small businesses scale at a rapid pace and focus on other challenges in the marketplace, besides connectivity. The data and voice processes are smooth sailing for the most part.

Very large footprint for ITFS Services, Good Customer care

**What do you dislike about TATA VoIP?**

Delivery is not always smooth. Having our ordered numbers tested is cumbersome and lenghty

**What problems is TATA VoIP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

International ITX and ITFS services. we use TATA as a provider for ITFS outside of our company's footprint and also as a voice terminator

Need to keep an eye on usage as all countries were open so chances of misuse are there.

Mainly we solve International calling over the internet ability to ensure premium connectivity and superior call quality for our call center.

It helps connect with organization in better way. It hepls to setup huge infrastructure and looking to work with them.
Stable voice/video conferencing.

**What do you dislike about TATA VoIP?**

There is no cons for now because not fully explored yet. Soon I will post here if I have any dislikes.
