affordability - great value for the amount

**What do you dislike about TaskUs?**

I dislike the misunderstandings they had on our customer guidelines.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskUs:**

Make sure you have a clearn plan of what you want them to say and how to say it.

**What problems is TaskUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company hired TaskUs to assist with customer service - for our front line phone calls, they were great.  however, when It came to some things, we had to give them feedback to fix the way they talked to our customers.

Coustmer Servicing by providing the various types of solutions. Its a bpo and IT offshoring company, good work environment, good envoriment to learning and development

Nothing is to dislike and nothing like to give negative remarks.its a good service company and company is fast growing but some times supervisors create problem.
