I love that it gives me a visual of how my time is spent. It is a one page dashboard of all my meetings synced with my calendar, as well as an organizer of my or my team's tasks with great details. I love creating tasks jobs now from my Google email, which goes into my tasks bar. I can't seem to get that to synch with Tasks in a Box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Tasks in a Box for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you? Less is more. Therefore I love how both meetings and tasks are together. Also, one of my goals for 2023 is to have a set max number of "meetings" hours per week. Only with this have I been able to get a flash record of time on my dashboard. I work leading different teams, I have to be detail-oriented and hyperfocused when it comes to our events, pending items and action plans. I used to do all this in a very disorganized matter in my notes. However, when I found Tasks in a Box, I was blessed. I can quickly get ready for any meeting; I can make lists of tasks for different groups and areas; I can assign duties and easily set reminders and due dates for follow-ups. Thankfully, I haven't encountered one thing I dislike about this platform. The mobile app is fantastic, and the interface is clean and very appealing.
