I used Taskray with Salesforce. It has excellent Integration services with Salesforce. The projects, project tasks were synced with salesforce very smoothly. The customer support is also outstanding and is always ready to help.

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like how easy it is to assign tasks and how you can attach attachments and add checklist items.

  ### 5. Customer First Company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

The support we receive when we open a case is always incredibly quick and efficient. If they do not have the answer to the question right away they will immediately offer to jump on a call. The system integrates well with Salesforce which is nice for reporting.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

It can be a little clunky at times- I wish there were more customizable features, especially with views and displays.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Project Management team uses it to track the status and updates on a project- it is also nice because taskray allows for external link sharing so our clients can see certain aspects and the status of their project.

  ### 6. Taskray Helps Track Projects and Tasks in an easy to manage format

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David J. | Salesforce Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2021

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like that the interface is simple and easy to use, while also being visually appealing

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I haven't found anything with the program thus far that makes I dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Taskray will require user buy-in, so be sure to have that in mind with building, implementing, and managing.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we use Taskray with Salesforce to automatically generate tasks when a record type is creating, making sure that everyone is aware that change is needed and the steps required by each to accomplish our goal.

  ### 7. not what I was looking for

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivian R. | Transaction Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2021

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like that you can create lists that keep you organized and can help when you are working on a project within a group.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I think there are better task management systems available and I wouldn't reccomend this to other people in the workforce.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

I would reccomend looking into a few options before choosing a task manager. This platform has useful tools but I believe based on past experiences that there are better tasks management sites for companies.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You are able to create lists for tasks for a project, meeting, etc and it can keep you and you colleagues on the task at hand.

  ### 8. Effective Digital Tool for Repetitive Projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

TaskRay integrates with Salesforce easily and provides virtually unlimited customization options, which give it diverse applications. Once a template is built, it's pretty simple to replicate the project for similar endeavors.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

For one-off projects TaskRay is more trouble than it's worth in some instances since there is a fair amount of setup and manual work to make it effective.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problems of project management, resource allocation, and task attribution. Our goal is to ensure that the right people know what they should be doing in which order and to provide status updates in real time.

  ### 9. A lot of steps

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like that it can get very granular and things can be assigned and divided into subtasks

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

There are a lot of clicks involved with every step and it feels cumbersome. I dread going into it to set up a project

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's better than nothing. But I don't love it.

  ### 10. Gets the job done

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2021

Helps to visualize the different stages of a project.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Haven't found an easy way to close projects and to back to previously closed projects to log more time on those if needed essary.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing app builds for clients. Helps us make sure we don't miss any steps.

  ### 11. Best Project Management Solution in Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

TaskRay has allowed our team of seven to execute on project management, with a visual approach to task creation, delegation and tracking. The new "My work" tab introduced last year has been very good, especially in the row view, grouped by project. This allows managers and staff to quickly look at prioritized tasks and quickly reschedule and move things along. It kinds of replaces the Gant view, which is often too complex for our needs, but it is great to have it, once managers develop an appreciation for the "critical path" concept. We have modified what the cards display to show the things that we need (custom fields), and that flexibility is great. Of course Kanban view is great, but again the switching Kanban-Row-Calendar is very powerful to adapt to diverse visual styles people have, and their own workflow style. Tasks groups are great.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

People have a hard time with the filters, and it is not always easy to configure filters and get the results that you want. Often people just do not find an easy screen to see the tasks delegated to them, because they are only on a checklist, so that makes it difficult to filter.

In general the friction happens at that level for us: we heavily use checklists to "delegate", and normally the Executive Director will create a task and assign it as an owner to the Program Director, which in turn will create or not checklists for staff. To get the right visibility for all users, using filters is quite difficult. Always some filter is in the way and a task is hidden from the user, and only "select all" is the solution, but then that is overwhelming. I imagine a "sub-task" concept rather than a checklist could be useful.

The Mobile app is really not very good.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Invest in the initial setup. Invest in user training. Stick to it. Discontinue Salesforce Tasks all together, so only tasks are created in SF (until they make this possible). Have people start the day with their "MyWork" in taskray.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the coordination problems that come with implementing an internship program with 8 different "projects" in addition to "managament/admin" projects. We tried to use Salesforce tasks and some third part apps such as Delegated Tasks, , but that did not work. We need to have a clear view of the milestones of each project and how tasks are connected to reaching the milestones. We try to deploy the entire set of tasks per project at the beginning of the year (a set of activities such as field events, meetings, etc.) to make deliverables visible and then managers use that to see progress along the way and what is left behind./

  ### 12. Our onboarding process did a 180º thanks to TaskRay!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolyn H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I love that TaskRay is built into Salesforce. We can see all project details in one place, alongside any opportunities or recent communication activity. With so many projects running simultaneously with different timelines and milestones, TaskRay has completely changed our efficiencies with onboarding new customers. The out of the box reporting is a big bonus.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I wish "view only" licenses were not the same cost as normal licenses. We have a number of people in our org who would benefit from seeing that there is an active project going on but do not need to know the nitty-gritty details of every task and milestone.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

It can take some time to set up. We started small and figured out our project templates first and are still making minor changes as we go and we are about 6+ months in. I still feel there are tools we can grow into and utilize more overall.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before TaskRay, we were using a combination of Trello, Google Sheets, Emails, etc to manage our projects. It was easy to lose track of a task or miss a deadline with all of the moving pieces. We have cut down on the un-needed back and forth communication ("Can you give me an update on x,y,z?") and saved time in the process. It is also helping point out common roadblocks so we can adjust our processes as our business grows.

  ### 13. Keeps a large, complicated team on track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

We find the plan view so helpful in visualizing the work to do and the dependencies to get there. With so many projects running concurrently (100+) we needed a tool that could help us stay on top of everything in our queue.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

It makes it hard to visualize the types of work and where we may have resource constraints. We've had to build some custom board filters to try to get a visual on the creative workload.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Make sure you have your processes in place before implementation so everyone on the team uses it consistently.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to make sure our projects follow a defined path with the Taskray templates. It also helps us set realistic deadlines being able to visualize a project start to finish.

  ### 14. TaskRay is an amazing project management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chantel G. | Integration Systems Engineer III, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

The ability to create different tasks within the project and assign them to different people within the organization is priceless. Keeps all employees working on a project together aligned. Once you are assigned a project you can then add tasks that are personal to you and what you are doing on that project, as well as checklists to keep you on track for your goals. If you know specific tasks for others you can add those as well. Keep everyone aligned, and keep the customer happy!

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I wish it had a nicer interface, more modern look versus what looks like it hasn't been updated in quite some time. I also would appreciate it if there was a way to "ask permission" to add someone to a project, versus just being allowed to add them. It would prevent unneeded people from being added to a project.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

If you are looking for an amazing tool for project management, to keep all project team members aligned, this is your tool.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage many projects, over many months. TaskRay allows me to keep my projects aligned, know when everything is due, and keep up on all of the tasks related to said project. With an easy drag and drop, I can add others to the tasks, in which they would then be notified that they have said task in need of completion. It has been an important tool in order to keep my projects organized, on time, and the timeline achievable.

  ### 15. Upgraded our project tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

Before TaskRay we were tracking our projects via excel and multiple emails between clients and consultants. Now all history is easily accessible in one place for all our consultants to view and track. Some of our projects run several years with multiple consultants and TaskRay makes it easy for everyone to be on the same page without meetings.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Reporting off multiple tables and fields is sometimes difficult to produce.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project tracking. It saves countless hours not having to track time in excel.

  ### 16. Awesome customer success and tech support team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

Taskray has a great UI, blends perfectly with Salesforce Lightning. Also, their support staff responds quickly to any technical questions and they're always working hard to make sure we are satisfied.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Minor UI bugs which I think will be sorted out once the company grows. For example, the Plan view doesn't work well when a lot of projects are selected on the board. Again, I think things like this will be resolved as they continue to evolve the software.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TaskRay for project management and its really helping us collaborate better (many moving parts to our projects) and hold team members accountable. Previously, work was assigned using Outlook and up to each person to manage their assignments. Now, we use TaskRay to assign all work needed for a project to be completed. It's really helped increase transparency and efficiency within our business.

  ### 17. TaskRay is great for easily keeping track of mulitple projects.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like how it allows you to track dates and how long each step in a project took.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

The processes are very manual. It could also be better organized.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am keeping track of due dates within my projects to ensure they are getting completed in time.

  ### 18. TaskRay - An outstanding tool for Customer Onboarding and Project Management in Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

TaskRay has built a beautiful UI over the years in Salesforce and is one of the cleanest and best project management apps on the AppExchange today.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

They don't currently integrate well with external file storage apps that connect to Salesforce. There are some options but you can't get the same features you have access to with native Salesforce file storage. If you want to use another file storage in Salesforce like google drive, box.com, sDrive by Cyangate or anything else you should expect a lesser experience than you have with native files.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Take a look at the variety of project management options to figure out what works for you. If you want it inside of Salesforce TaskRay is a strong candidate for any business!

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Marketing team internally had challenges managing projects. This has completely changes how they do things and provided major gains to their business processes.

  ### 19. Great place to make extra cash

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

So easy to use, simply login and get your tasks

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I find myself constantly completing tasks most of the time

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earning extra money as a side hustle couldn't get any easier

  ### 20. Productive lightning skin for project management needs

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

Lightning UI skin on top of SFDC has lots of good functionality
CSM support was great once asked for!

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Automation is based on Process Builders, which can be rather cumbersome if you're needing more nuance or createing custom APEX
Object schema/ OOB functionality and settings are not clear in the initial documentation
Licensing was tricky to understand between Admin/Read-only/Community users

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Understand how many requirements are solved by OOB solution. If you need to further customize or create code, consider speaking with AE/solution engineers first to understand limitations.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management tracking for professional services projects

  ### 21. TaskRay Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2021

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

The organization aspects that it provides

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

the UI could use a bit of work in my opinion

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

nice product

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The updates are tough

  ### 22. Schoology Onboarding TaskRay Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna P. | Deployment Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

That it is already directly embedded in the SFDC platform

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Setting up some of the automation can be tricky, but that is expected

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

It makes implementation much easier/smoother when you have someone leading the charge who is already very familiar with the back end of SFDC

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

line item task tracking is extremely valuable, and the data we are able to extract from that helps us run our business even better.

  ### 23. Seamless collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne G. | Board Of Directors Amcor Flexibles Kreuzlingen AG, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

The tool’s functionality, easy configuration, flexibility and customer support boosts our customer-facing activities that is using Salesforce backbone data for all kinds of project management work.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

So far everything has worked very well.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Salesforce across our global organization for some time. One of our goals is to link our commercial, R&D and business onboarding activities into one clear pipeline and one version of the truth. TaskRay has given us the capability to effectively and seamlessly capture, project-manage and report on our customer projects from sales through the development and commercial ramp-up in a single global platform. We are excited about the opportunity to deliver a step change in cross-functional collaboration and effective project management

  ### 24. Great tool for project management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela G. | Director, Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I love the Salesforce integration, ease of use, and makes it easy for teams to collaborate on a single project. It helps teams stay on track with due dates and custom views.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

It takes effort from a SF admin to customize.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved from Asana to TR. We have better insight and reporting on projects with TR. Since it's integrated with SF, we have one source of truth.

  ### 25. Good project management tool and support team

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Staci H. | Integration Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like that it integrates with Salesforce and everything is customizable within the project management system. Because it's within Salesforce, you can build out dashboards and reports for projects, similar to how we'd already been building reports for the CRM side, along with getting to use Chatter within TaskRay. Also, the support team at TaskRay is phenomenal!

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

The downside about TaskRay is it's not the most user friendly from the admin side. For someone who may not have much experience in building out customized objects through behind-the-scenes coding, it can be slightly tough to navigate through any necessary changes.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are managing multiple projects with different timelines, so we're trying to organize and be more efficient in the completion of our projects. With TaskRay, we have more visibility to how our projects are tracking and can start to see patterns on what issues might cause project delays.

  ### 26. Adaptable and flexible to meet your needs.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

TaskRay is adaptable and to fit our ever changing process.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Occasionally it requires more expert SalesForce knowledge to achieve the changes you require.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to create multiple templates for various types of projects rather than making our projects fit into one model. This allows us to have more accurate project plans and spend less time changing plans for each individual client.

  ### 27. One stop shop.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

The easy in which tasks and projects can be built and moved through the phases of a project.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Sharing permissions are complex and have many dependencies on Salesforce.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessibility to different departments of the company. End users have less questions about what is going on because the information is easy accessible and easy to understand.

  ### 28. Great for Project Management!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter B. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

We have all our current Design Projects loaded in to Task Ray. This allows us to delegate tasks correlated to numerous projects at any point in its DD life cycle with a due date to increase accountability for even the smallest of tasks. As a constant Task Ray user it also increases productivity and allows the user to make their own tasks and goals within it.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Requires total adoptions by our project team. Many times tasks are not given through task ray because it is simply overlooked on a daily basis.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Give it a try if your team struggles to balance tasks at all levels of involment

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greatly increases organization between project team and designers. Increases accountability across all project managers and also allows us to never miss a deliverable through our DD stiches

  ### 29. Amazing Tool

**Reviewed by:** Brendan C. | Senior Salesforce Consultant, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

It is easy to customize and to visualize what needs to be done

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

The Completed Status apparently has to be at the end of the Kanban view. I would like to be able to put Deferred as the last one so that it is out of sight, but it seems like it breaks some of the overall process if one moves the Completed Status to another location.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

TaskRay is a fantastic tool for Project Management and allows the ability to quickly see the overall health of a project

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management is much easier for both myself and clients. It is easy to see what has to be done, what has been done, and what is going to be in a separate phase.

  ### 30. Neutral

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like the simple design and how the flow is nicely visible. It is mandatory to use Taskray for all the projects in my company now. Before, the company used to highly depend on emails which you can easily get lost in a ton of information or miss important information. Also it is harder to track past emails than you expect. Now we can have a chat feature per project, with that we can avoid getting confused among different projects. Also, we can visualize what is going on even you are newly joined to the project.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I prefer the notification setting to be flexible. Also, it is nicer if we can see the percentage of completion of each work item. Also, I want the project phases to be modifiable since each company has its unique workflow. For example, there can be ice box, emergency, in progress, checked(among team), double-checked(qualified by a manager or upper person).. I am excited to see Taskray will be something you can customize more. Also, though we can assign people, there can be project roles next to their names. In a bog company teaming up with different people, you don't always track what each person is responsible for.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Very easy to set work items with assigning people.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving our problems to see the big picture of project with Taskray. In emails, we tend to explain a lot and do not really show workflows as a big picture. In Taskray, there is a clear boundary of big picture VS detailed chat for each item. This is very helpful.

  ### 31. Great Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2020

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

Native to Salesforce allowing us to simplify our software ecosystem but cutting out our legacy PM tool as well as our legacy time tracking tool.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Nothing, this platfom has been fantastic.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project managing our software consulting engagements.

  ### 32. Project and Task Management Done Right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenny B. | IT & CRM Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2018

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I really like the different views available and the integration into Salesforce. It really makes it flow nicely and just seems to work.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Nothing at this time. The software is very nice.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Easy Integration, Easy to Use and AMAZING customer support.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project Management and Team Collaboration are what we enjoy the most with TaskRay. With the integration into Salesforce we are able to create processes that let the users know when tasks are completed and when new ones are assigned.

  ### 33. TaskRay allows us to handle clients integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

We like that we can parse out all of our work as well as tracking our work from beginning to end. Taskray allows us to really keep ourselves honest with each of our clients and our clients are also noticeably happier with our new process.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I wish the reporting was a little more robust and maybe a couple of additional third-party integration options, but other than that we really love the product.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving client communication issues, missed project step issues, and just overall human error is helped being eliminated with Taskray. It's driving our implementation efficiency through the roof.

  ### 34. Synthesizing your Marketing Strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob G. | Vice President of Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

Simplicity and effectiveness of the software and the lay out are easily accessible. All types of users can learn taskray.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Organization of lists/data could be better

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Extremely beneficial

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do a lot of marketing in multiple locations. Each location is a little different but the same. It allows us to start each campaign at any given point where ever the location and still keep track of where we are, who is responsible, and what's not done. With out it, we'd be fumbling with check boxes and spreadsheets.

  ### 35. Great Tool, but Needs a Few Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

TaskRay is fairly easy to use. The thing I like best is the project templates. Once I created a good template, I was able to very quickly create new projects and tailor them.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

It would be nice to have a place where you can easily see the start and end dates for tasks. The start and end dates for tasks should be a default or an option in certain of the views, not just the end dates.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

The documentation is fantastic, but it also really helped me to walk-through the process with a live person.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using TaskRay to track product installations for our customers. The benefits are the ability to see across multiple customers to manage schedules and resources.

  ### 36. We use it for a managing the working hours for our internal teams.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

We use it for managing the working hours for our internal teams. It can be a support team or our contractors.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

It's not like a disliked thing but it's a challenge to get along with some business users some time. Wish it's getting easier to use for high-level people/users.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

If you like to manage the hours and project management in a better way I think Task Ray is good for those kinda requirements.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using to manage the hours of our contractors and support team users. The benefits are it's linked to our service cloud so we can update the project and hours in taskray based on the given support.

  ### 37. Taskray has increased my team's visibility and efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley H. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

The organization, color coding and customization

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Some of the features that I've customized seem to be common items, I wish they were prebuilt in so I can spend my time customizing what actually needs to be customized

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where bottlenecks are, keeping on track, hitting deadlines

  ### 38. Best Project Management Tool built into Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert R. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like that all of the tasks are built into Salesforce so that I am able to connect projects with the appropriate Opportunities.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I wish Taskray was a little more flexible like Trello. User interface can be challenging sometimes.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

If you have Salesforce, and do project management, you need Taskray

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to plan my team's capacity within Taskray, and see how much they are being utilized.

  ### 39. Good project management app

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan R. | Application Engineer, Machinery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

The ability to visualize the tasks at hand required to complete a project.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

It could be a little more user friendly and customizable, but these aren't show stoppers by any means.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Taskray is a good tool, however, you must ensure you have a good project manager that is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your tasks. Otherwise, you will end up with an app that is unmanageable.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TR to manage our Salesforce development projects and as a result we've been able to have a better grasp of what's needed in order to successfully complete projects on time.

  ### 40. TaskRay is amazoning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Warehousing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

TasRay is very user friendly and makes tracking projects very clean and organized so you can share with your customers. It gives you an external link to share the project plan and its so easy to use!

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Sometimes, the view can be difficult and there are alot of options. Also, sometimes loading templates can be difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

I highly recommend this sofrware if you are looking for an easy way to track project plans. This software is very user friendly and has tons of benefits for a large company. It has made tracking and visibility very easy for us.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved tracking our projects. The benefits are that we get to share an external link with all parties who are on the project plan so they can see what tasks and timeframes are involved. Perfect for implementations.

I can't think of anything that I don't like.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility regarding team tasks.

  ### 42. Solid product- easy to deploy to end users

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2018

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

Kanban board design is excellent and color coding helps my team organize multiple projects. Task groups is a newer feature that is also well-liked.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

No ability to schedule dependencies based on task groups or inter-project dependencies

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and coordination of tasks across multiple internal teams. Communication regarding specific tasks are recorded, but also can be viewed from a higher level (the project)

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Not possible to follow up project costs and baseline
Not possible to go for the critical path

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a complete project with virtual remote teams
Keep tasks under control

  ### 44. Implementation Projects from Start to Finish

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

As a SalesForce shop, we love to find native products that allow our teams to stay on one application to complete jobs/tasks. TaskRay was a welcome addition for our Implementation team to be able to take a sales order and easily turn it into a project.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Still getting used to the product, nothing at this time.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Integrates nicely into SalesForce, easy to implement, great support team.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It doesn't have a full blown PM suite of tools, but it checks every box for our teams.

  ### 45. Seamless, customizable project tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam D. S. | Director of Customer Solution Consulting, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2019

Seamless integration with SalesForce.
Super customizable.
Great Customer Service.
Very easy to build templates and course-correct on the fly

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

Not possible to have a guest view mode without paying for an additional license. Time-based tracking is challenging to set up.

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Take the time to build out your processes within TaskRay, it is very easy to build templates and course-correct on the fly

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking projects, assigning tasks, distributing workload

  ### 46. TaskRay is powerful, but can get complex

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2019

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like the UI of TaskRay - it's fairly intuitive for folks that are used to the Salesforce look and feel, and wasn't difficult to get used to as an end user.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

It seems the company is still finding it's way - they recently did a release that actually made it a little more difficult to get to the view of the hours logged each week. I hope they respond to user input on that.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as our main time tracking tool now - a much easier experience to use an integrated SF application than to use an external site.

  ### 47. TaskRay Layouts

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

  ### 49. Good software, great customer service

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I think the setup and UI is a little clunky.

We are now able to keep track of stalled projects, in flight projects, etc and have a clear view of timelines on all projects.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like the ability to switch between views in an effort to have the optimal overview of my action items.

While the application works great in a web browser I would rather it have a standalone app rather than have to use the Salesforce mobile app to access.
