**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

It is easy to set up initally, easy to navigate, and has simple functions and features. The customer support team is great and always responsive and helpful. We use taskray daily in our org, but only use about  20% of the features. Very easy to intergrate into your Salesforce CR<

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

It is not as easy to customize as I would like at times. There is not an easy way to keep notes on a project and look at them all at once.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

does a great job of tracking hours on a project or onbbaording for our dev team members.

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I liked the graphical user interface and Gantt views.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

TaskRay lacked workload capacity management tools, as well as being able to share or collaborate with external users.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization used TaskRay to manage a project portfolio across multiple lines of business.

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

The Kanban board of tasks is useful. The structure provides a strong framework for project management.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

It's difficult to sort tasks into a pattern that fits me. Doesn't work well for non-standard sorting inside the app.

Team collaboration for user story tracking

I like that it can get very granular and things can be assigned and divided into subtasks

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

There are a lot of clicks involved with every step and it feels cumbersome. I dread going into it to set up a project

It's better than nothing. But I don't love it.

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like that it integrates with Salesforce and everything is customizable within the project management system.  Because it's within Salesforce, you can build out dashboards and reports for projects, similar to how we'd already been building reports for the CRM side, along with getting to use Chatter within TaskRay.  Also, the support team at TaskRay is phenomenal! 

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

The downside about TaskRay is it's not the most user friendly from the admin side.  For someone who may not have much experience in building out customized objects through behind-the-scenes coding, it can be slightly tough to navigate through any necessary changes.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are managing multiple projects with different timelines, so we're trying to organize and be more efficient in the completion of our projects.  With TaskRay, we have more visibility to how our projects are tracking and can start to see patterns on what issues might cause project delays.

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I like the simple design and how the flow is nicely visible. It is mandatory to use Taskray for all the projects in my company now. Before, the company used to highly depend on emails which you can easily get lost in a ton of information or miss important information. Also it is harder to track past emails than you expect. Now we can have a chat feature per project, with that we can avoid getting confused among different projects. Also, we can visualize what is going on even you are newly joined to the project.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

I prefer the notification setting to be flexible. Also, it is nicer if we can see the percentage of completion of each work item. Also, I want the project phases to be modifiable since each company has its unique workflow. For example, there can be ice box, emergency, in progress, checked(among team), double-checked(qualified by a manager or upper person).. I am excited to see Taskray will be something you can customize more. Also, though we can assign people, there can be project roles next to their names. In a bog company teaming up with different people, you don't always track what each person is responsible for. 

**Recommendations to others considering TaskRay:**

Very easy to set work items with assigning people.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving our problems to see the big picture of project with Taskray. In emails, we tend to explain a lot and do not really show workflows as a big picture. In Taskray, there is a clear boundary of big picture VS detailed chat for each item. This is very helpful.

They have a great customer support team, and a very detailed support site.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

They offer very little initial training without added charge (not disclosed in Signup) - and a lot of the limitations require Enterprise SF...

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better tracking of simultaneous projects on my team... a bit more organizad than an Excel spreadhseet

**What do you like best about TaskRay?**

I work in TaskRay as a contracted grant writer for an arts organization, and its interface makes it easy for the org's onsite team to assign tasks to me and include me in project deadlines, increasing accountability and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

TaskRay's login can sometimes be glitchy, so links don't always click through.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use TaskRay to track grant application deadlines and required materials with the staff of an arts organization. I'm a part-time contractor receiving tasks and requesting materials from the nonprofit's full-time staff, and TaskRay is great for this. It's incredibly helpful how it links up to Salesforce donor records for easy history of past applications etc.

Easy to use, read, and manuever. Makes project management simpler

**What do you dislike about TaskRay?**

When you clone a project, you need to reset all the statuses on the tasks - it should do it automatically. Some functions do not carryover to Salesforce.

**What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To make it more salesforce friendly.
