I love having a team project task manager that's built directly into Salesforce and can be connected to other records. It's great not having another thing to check. Customer suport has always been great when we needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TaskRay? Over the time we've been using TaskRay it's become more and more complicated -- in ways that I'm sure are valuable to more hardcore users, but for us made it more difficult to use. We found we just weren't really using it anymore and recently uninstalled it. But I would still recommend it if you're a Salesforce user who needs this type of project management tool!
