The visuals - I love the User interface and user experience. It's quite minimalistic, yet seems to have all the information I need on one screen. The ability to customize the look and feel really helps also. There are so many small features, such as favorites projects and drag and drop features, built in that really help organize the views so it's unique to the user. We currently have hundreds of projects and tasks running simultaneously and yet all are visible with filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TaskRay? Duplicating tasks can be a little clunky. Some of the requested features take a little too long to make it to the live version. The mobile app needs a full overhaul. TaskRay made us really thing about how granular we needed the steps and sections within a project to be and now we can visually see who is doing what, what's at risk.
