The feature for delegating tasks and having the control to see that they have been completed has been beneficial for me as a manager. **What do you dislike about taskblitz?** The concept was not immediately easy for my team to get used to and sometimes it is like there are several ways of accomplishing a particular task. **What problems is taskblitz solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are the people who created Taskblitz and I have to say that this has been helpful in order to maintain my team focused. The visual project dashboards and delegated tasks’ elements have enhanced the quality of our collaboration greatly. ### 2. Taskblitz is very easy to integrate with the Other set of tools we are already using. **What do you dislike about taskblitz?** Overall Good, Cost of the tool shuold be slightly optimized. **What problems is taskblitz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier the Project Management was not as per the Standards and we were continusouly getting Complaints, but now all is sorted through TaskBlitz. ### 3. Some UI part of the application needs redesign and benchmarking from other leading project management application. **What problems is taskblitz solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time and task management issues are resolved to a greater extend with the application. Follow up activities of the projects are very easy with the over all view of the application. ### 4. We use this for all our project schedule. It helps to provide milestone achievements at the end of each task, which helps our engineers to understand the due date and the timeline in which tasks must be completed. There is also a feature that lets you convert the information into an excel spreadsheet, which is also very useful. **What do you dislike about taskblitz?** It will be useful if there are tutorial videos or a document for new users. It will help to understand some of the tabs and the purpose for each. Initially, it takes a bit of time to get used to the software, so any guiding document and tutorial will be helpful. Also, if there is an option to convert the action items into an excel spreadsheet, it will also be convenient, especially when you need to present the data in weekly meetings. Overall, it's a great software but these minor things will even make it better. **Recommendations to others considering taskblitz:** Definitely recommended **What problems is taskblitz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using this for all our project schedule requirements. It could be improved. But the product works also with small teams focused on project management. **What do you dislike about taskblitz?** Some parts of the project section are a little complicated and overloaded. We have less emails cause we more stick to the features in taskblitz.
