The task list allows users to get an overview of the daily agenda while the calendar view shows tasks, milestones and appointments from another time perspective. Users can assign tasks, attach files and discuss details. They can use filters, tags, projects and inbox to organize work. Milestones and deadlines help create project structure, monitor workflow and the execution process. This business control software has a time-sheet to help track time spent on tasks and projects. Retrieving time information can be done by creating reports. Users can create proposals with input from projects and time-sheets. Income and expense tracking also helps in creating invoices for billing clients. Taskblitz enables users to communicate real time with the built-in Chat feature. Users can quickly get information from the whole team or from individual members and get things done. Users can also share files or use shared space for project documentation, which they can create with the Notes feature. It also integrates with popular cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Google calendar and among others.
