TaskAutomate is invoice automation software for Indian businesses and accounting firms that use Tally. Upload invoices, forward them by email, or send them on WhatsApp. AI extracts the vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, taxes, totals, and supplier and buyer GSTINs, with a confidence score on every field. TaskAutomate checks each GSTIN's format and checksum, matches the buyer GSTIN to yours, and checks that the CGST, SGST and IGST amounts add up. Nothing posts until it's approved. Set an amount threshold and approve invoices one at a time or in batches. Approved vouchers go straight into TallyPrime or Tally.ERP 9 through the Tally Bridge, a Windows service that talks to Tally on port 9000. It creates missing ledgers and supports cost centres and seven voucher types. Not on Tally? Export to Busy, Zoho Books (CSV), QuickBooks (IIF), Excel, CSV or JSON. Plans start at ₹2,999/month, with a 14-day free trial and no card required.
