I'm in the US and so is Tarvent so there isn't the frequent delay you run into when you have a question or a problem that needs to be solved. Their tutorials are easy to follow. After screaming in my office because of MailChimp outdated documentation and thoughtless support, it is so refreshing to have software that is powerful and support people who listen and genuinely care. Browser Refresh Needed Occasionally:

It is a well polished and integrated single platform for most of our marketing needs due to its range of advantageous features. Previously email creation was a cumbersome task but with Tarvent we are able to put together emails using it's multiple editing functions such as codes editors that enable us to o quickly create proceeding emails and try them through an easy to use interface. The drag and drop allow us to flawlessly use templates to design emails and merge them with templates when sending.Tracking and reporting on all email activities including delivery and engagements reports give us the control over all aspects of our campaigns. Automated engagements with our customers at perfect time has fine tuned our communication with our customers and prospects profoundly. Targeting and conversion becomes an easy tasks and can send an email, update our CRM and all other tasks involved in sales process are performed in no time. Being able to visualize the customer path is magical and helps us identify even the slightest issue. Tarvent is a pro in organization of our audience or rather contacts. With it's precision we have been able to manage all our contacts soo neatly in a way that when we need them we can quickly reference using each and everyone's unique identifier. Also we are able to profile and segment them to be able to attend and engage with them accurately. Lastly we integrate forms when creating landing pages that will effectively get us results. There are no limitations for creation of these landing pages and we can always include any content that fit our brand. On our landing pages, we can see what our visitors are doing, their interactions and with comprehensive reports we are able to improve on results and experience.
