Tarn.hr handles the HR situations that land on people's desks: a disciplinary that might go formal, a grievance put in writing, someone missing shifts, a flexible working request with a clock on it. Describe what is happening in your own words. Tarn.hr asks a few questions, then gives you a plain English answer checked against UK employment law and the Acas codes: what the decision turns on, where the risks are, what to do first, and the deadlines that matter. It writes the letters, scripts and checklists to match, and keeps a dated record of what you did and when. Fifteen common situations are covered, from disciplinaries and grievances to absence, redundancy, TUPE and whistleblowing, plus HR policies and a full employee handbook. The briefings behind them are reviewed against primary sources twice a year. It is guidance rather than legal advice, and it says plainly when a situation needs a solicitor. Start free with one scenario. Then £15 a month or £150 a year, cancel anytime.
