# How do I change a contact owner associated with a program in TargetX and how do I change an application term in the system (i.e. accepting applications for spring 2021) We are losing our TargetX administrator at Hood College and I am only a user and I have questions about the following: how to change a contact owner in the system that is associated with a particular program (i.e. biomedical science), how to ensure applicants can apply for our counseling program for spring 2021 (right now it is only allowing applicants to select fall 2020). ##### Post Metadata
