The team is also very responsive. **What do you dislike about TargetBoard?** I’d like the product to be more flexible with the fields and values I can use within the integrated data sources, so I don’t have to depend on support from the team. I’d also like a faster turnaround for adding new metrics and for supporting additional use cases as they come up. **What problems is TargetBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives our team clear visualizations of our KPIs and helps us spot outliers we likely wouldn’t have noticed before. ### 2. The tools looks like a good solution to our needs but moreover I am impressed from their high responsiveness. They don't just respond very quickly to to each and every of our small and big questions... but they are also proactive in bringing new ideas and new directions.
