TapVoter is an online voting platform that lets organizations run secure elections, polls, quizzes, and surveys from one place. It is built for nonprofits, associations, schools and student governments, homeowner associations, labor unions, churches, and professional organizations that need professional voting tools without enterprise pricing. Elections. TapVoter supports five voting methods: Direct, Ranked Choice (IRV), STAR, Approval, and Multi-Winner. Organizations can run unlimited elections with up to 10,000 voters each, import voter lists by CSV, set daily voting windows, and watch results in real time. Every ballot gets a receipt code in a public audit log, and one-time voter keys and CAPTCHA protection help ensure each eligible voter votes only once. Polls, quizzes, and surveys. Create quick polls with rating scales, image options, and passcode protection. Build auto-scored quizzes with multiple choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank questions, timers, and weighted scoring. Collect feedback with multi-question surveys, then export results or generate PDF reports and analytics. Multilingual by default. Voting interfaces come pre-translated in 30 languages, with full right-to-left support for Arabic and Hebrew and custom labels to override any text, which suits international organizations and multilingual communities. Pricing. Elections are free, with no per-voter fees and no credit card required. TapVoter Pro ($4.99/month or $49/year) adds unlimited polls, quizzes, and surveys, write-in candidates, voter key emails, exit polls, scheduled launches, indefinite data retention, and branding removal. TapVoter works on any device with no app to install. Organizations have used it for elections ranging from small board votes to memberships of more than 4,000.
