Tapptitude is extremely organized, transparent & responsive. They do what they say they are going to do on time and on budget. Their organized approach to the project helps keep momentum moving. We've also been pleasantly surprised by the amount of strategic thinking they've brought to the project that's helped us shape what functionality we're including in phase 1, how we plan to roll out the app, and lots more. The only downside for me personally is that i'm on the West Coast and need to generally meet at 7 or 7:30 am my time. Less of an issue for our East Coast team. And to be fair, Tapptitude has scheduled meetings in the evening their time to accomodate this time difference so not a very big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working across the world has innate issues with timing and communications. We were able to adjust to this but definitely took some time. Again this was outside Tapptitude's control.

Tapptitude has great people. They're smart, competent, professional, and easy to work with. In addition, they take their work seriously and are very responsive to requests.

This isn't necessarily an issue with Tapptitude, but I did struggle with time zones due to being 12 hours offset from their home time zone. Lead times can escalate in these situations as by the time I realized I needed something, it was already past the end of the work day for the Tapptitude team.
