What do you like best about Tapptitude?

Tapptitude has done this before, and it shows. They have a refined introduction, onboarding, workflow, delivery, and quality assurance process. The staff wastes little time in getting your project out of your head and onto 'paper'. What I appreciated most were the , "have you considered this..." suggestions that truly made my project shine. What do you dislike about Tapptitude?

It wasn't a negative for me, but I work in U.S. Eastern time zone, so my morning meeting was their afternoon. They never made me feel guilty about keeping them later than their 'normal' work hours and were fully dedicated to our project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tapptitude:

Add Tapptitude to your short-list and give them a chance to impress you with their brillance. I envisioned a very-limited scope for the money I was willing invest in this endeavor. What problems is Tapptitude solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my practice, I work with a sector of U.S. Military Veterans who have grown frustrated and somewhat feel left behind by the digital tools of the Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA). In many circles, America's heroes are leaving incalcuable dollars of entitlement on the table while they struggle to log in using two-factor authentication; or leave out critical compensable disability conditions which may be related to their military service. VetNexus is an an easy to use interface which does not require the Veteran to establish an account, as none of their personal data is retained. The application also features a "BodyMap" where the Veteran can simply click or tap an area of the human diagram and several symptom suggestions are made. Additionally, this application will populate all necessary form fields with the data and send it to the appropriate VA claims office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tapptitude solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although still a niche industry, photogrammetry and surveying had noticeable progress in the past 10 years, and has now become a vital part of many other common industries. It is usually hard to relay to others all the implications of what we are doing. However, the development team at Tapptitude have managed to grasp the concept that stands behind what we are doing. Together we have implemented a technically complex product with a lot of computational implications, which helps us in controlling our day to day drone related activities.

We started with a proof of concept to test the viability of our idea, and ended up with a solution that incorporates a large number of features, and is able to go head to head with market standard applications in our domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Took the time to understand"

What do you like best about Tapptitude?

As suggested by the review title, the first positive attribute about working with Tapptitude was that they read the details of the RFP and what I wrote and took the time to ask questions about what unclear -- *before* submitting a proposal.

This quality of caring to understand extended into the development phase, such that working with Tapptitude made it so that projects were developed as intended. After the initial project we continued with Tapptiude for a couple more years as they had gotten to know my company. They allowed for even the vaguest of specifications -- always making sure they got a clear idea of what was needed before starting. Then they checked in regularly to ensure they were developing the app to work for our needs.

What do you dislike about Tapptitude?

As always, the difference in time zones could delay the question-response cycle but they more than made up for the fact by never wasting time due to misunderstanding requirements. The usual advice -- get to know your team, especially the primary contact. Make sure you have a good rapport with the account manager and the tech leads. You'll discover great people in these roles at Tapptitude that you won't find in other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tapptitude?

"An Ideal Partner for Product Design, Validation, and Development"

What do you like best about Tapptitude?

Tapptitude does an excellent job of understanding the client's underlying business model and customer, and tailoring their design and development approach around this. They listen to the client's direction but also do an excellent job of being a real thought-partner in the process and uncovering "blind spots" in the product without being explicitly asked to do so. They also hold themselves to an exceptionally high standard, and we have run out platform without any outages since launch. What do you dislike about Tapptitude?

I don't have any major complaints about Tapptitude. As a New York based founder, the only challenge I had was not being able to interact with the team in-person on an ongoing basis, as they're headquartered in Romania. What do you like best about Tapptitude?

As a startup in fast chaning environment we did request several changes along the way. Team was always flexible and could support. I most appreciate the attitude as everyone from the team seemed commited to the project. They also had fast response times when we had emergencies which always happen with technical projects, the jey thing is how you react and solve them and Tapptitude team did great work there. What problems is Tapptitude solving and how is that benefiting you?

We set out to build a new moible app for our B2C subscription business, but were not ready to commit in building in-house team immediately. We also did not have a large Product team so decided that agency with strategic experience also in UX/UI would be the best choice. And it turned out to be the right decision. We got the app done with Tapptititude and it went to market as planned (very rare for IT projects). Tapptitude run the strategic workshops first, from there we defined features that will make up the MVP, they then designed the UX/UI and build both frontend and backedn functionalities necessary. What do you like best about Tapptitude?

There's a few things that come to mind:

1) the team works well together and seems like everyone is on the same page; they are able to grasp complex topics and know when to ask questions and when to do internal problem solving themselves

2) the team is well organized and runs the app development in a well communicated way; I know what will be accomplished each Sprint and what efforts will be prioritized

3) they're flexible to work with depending on what level of effort the client wants; I prefer to be hands-on so we have daily syncs which works very well and they're always accomodating if the time needs to be adjusted Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tapptitude?

I did extensive market research to include interviews with 20+ iOS development companies. I learned a lot from those but the decision ultimately came down to working with the team I though was best at problem-solving given the complexity of the app. I enjoyed meeting the developers, PMs, and design team members as well instead of just working through the business development managers.
