TAPPI is a loyalty platform for small businesses: cafés, restaurants, bars, bakeries, barbers, hair and beauty salons, gyms and shops. You design your loyalty card in the browser with your logo, colours and font, and print its QR code. Customers scan it with their phone camera and add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a few seconds. There is no app to download and no account to create. At the till, staff scan the card on any phone or laptop to add a stamp, points or a visit, and the card on the customer's phone updates itself. TAPPI runs seven kinds of card: stamp cards, points, tiers, prepaid balance, memberships with a monthly fee, multi-visit passes and coupons. Prepaid top-ups, gift cards, passes and memberships are paid straight into your own Stripe account; TAPPI takes no commission on what your customers pay you. Because the card lives in the customer's Wallet, you can reach them on their lock screen: send a push message, schedule campaigns, show a message when a cardholder walks near your venue, and set automations such as birthdays and "we miss you" messages for customers who stop coming. Pricing is per location, not per customer or per card: unlimited cards and customers on every plan, with a 14-day free trial and no card required. TAPPI works in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Arabic, and your customers see the card in your business's language.
