I love using TapMango both as a customer and as an employee of a company who uses it. Here are my favorite things about them: - You get a branded app that allows your customers to place orders and pick up in store (just like Starbucks does) - They help you set up by recommending the types of promotions you can run and explain why/why not this is a good idea. - They send a follow-up email and survey to the customer after their purchase asking for feedback. 3.5-stars and below gets an apology email and an optional coupon while 4-5 stars get an email asking if they would be so kind as to review us on Yelp! TapMango's best feature is that it will make any business look 100 times more professional due to the small, but significant, ways you can incorporate your logo on to different items. For example, TapMango comes with a small rewards card with a scanner code (think Ralph's keychain cards) that you can customize to your business. It also features an app and a customer-based system you can have on your counter. It will make your small coffee shop look like a Starbucks, and your corner market look like a Target. That is a fail on TapMango's end: you cannot add photos to your online orders (using your app). Not the end of the world as we represent mostly coffee shops, but still - we want our customers to be able to see the sandwiches they are looking to order (because once you see it you'll want it). Finding an innovating and thorough way to retain customers is always a challenge, and marketing is so much more than cold leads.
