Sofya has been fantastic throughout the process—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us find solutions quickly. Tapfiliate solved a major challenge for us: creating and managing an affiliate program without needing to build custom processes or manually track referrals and commissions. Before using the platform, affiliate management was time-consuming and difficult to scale. With Tapfiliate, we've been able to automate tracking, attribution, payouts, and partner management all in one place. This has allowed us to launch and grow our affiliate program efficiently while maintaining confidence that referrals are being tracked accurately. The biggest benefit has been the time savings and visibility into affiliate performance. Instead of spending hours managing spreadsheets and validating referrals, our team can focus on building relationships with partners and growing revenue. For our small company in Romania, this has been the perfect solution for running our affiliate program. The team is open and genuinely tries to understand our needs, and they offer support throughout the process (even when we have a lot of questions). Of course, every platform has areas to improve. For now, I’d say we’re missing a file-upload step in the process, and the affiliate payment process could be smoother. I’d also like more customization options for some of the automatic messages that are sent to partners. What I like most about Tapfiliate is the support team. We’re so used to robots taking over these days that it’s genuinely refreshing to have a real person on the other side helping you. They also offer lots of different integration options, which makes it easier to feel confident it will work in whatever environment you have. Tapfiliate allows for MLM affiliate marketing which a lot of our Affiliates were very interested in. Also, it makes it easy to manually add customers/conversions. We sell a higher priced product and many affiliates don't want to send a link because it can appear "scammy" or "self-serving". Talpfiliate has a clean work around that makes affiliates feel valued and gives them privacy and helps maintain their strong relationship with the end customer. However, the team at info@tapfiliate.com is truly wonderful. I contacted them via email and Sonya replied promptly and resolved the issue quickly.
