I would like to be able to change the font size, color and type. It does excel in having your primary objectives ready for a look as soon as you hop in. **What do you dislike about TapClicks?** While not necessarily a fault of the tool, it's not good for things like organic Twitter or Instagram impressions and engagements. It's also a tad annoying how many calculation need to be added into the system. If it's available on Facebook, it should be available on the platform to keep it as 1:1 as possible.While this is also more of a side effect of the agency I work with and the amount of ads managers we use, it does sometimes take a full day for the dashboard to refresh its data, which kind of takes away from the ease of use of the platform. **What problems is TapClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just aggregation of data much faster than before. ### 4. Liked the visuals and styling options from a design aspect. But also that we could filter and tailor data. I was even able to combine our budget sheet with other ad systems. Love the channel options, smart connectors and that you pay per client and not user or data you connect. **What do you dislike about TapClicks?** Don’t like that headers and big number descriptions are small when using the circle feature. Even once selecting medium or big text. We have to manually resize reports before sending. Also that it isn’t easier to make changes to a smart connector once created like removing headers. Sometimes even adding new headers. I am unable to sort by some of the same metrics like I can in working direct through some of the media platforms. For instance, I have much more granularity in Doubleclick than I do in TapClicks. This is a constant struggle with no fix yet. I also wish we heard from out TapClicks representative more often. **Recommendations to others considering TapClicks:** To others considering TapClicks it's a great dashboard system, but beware the differences in attribution windows for third party integration ie. I love that we can white label the reporting and make the reporting carry the branding of our clients. The support we receive from our account manager is invaluable. He is always friendly and insightful when we present a challenge to him. **What do you dislike about TapClicks?** Some of the data views take a long time to pull information from which can leave widgets blank but I think that is not that big of an issue. Like if we could add custom filters to a dashboard that worked similar to the wildcard rules where when an item (example: named "Africa Safari") from the menu was selected, all of the campaigns that followed some rule (example: Campaign name contains: *africa safari*) would be filtered through, that would be much cleaner. So I guess ways to further customize how the filters work so that the client only sees a few clean options but has a lot of control over the dataset. **What problems is TapClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reporting time is a drag.
