They are so used to sharing a boring paper business card which can easily be dispused of; it's difficurt for getting the tech-shy, and change-resisitant sales agents to hop onboard. Tap Tag allows us to manage our team with easily. I can login and chage employee titles in realtime, track usage of the cards, and download QR codes to further share when needed. If I had to say soemthign I would say they do not have a mobile app (yet at least) . Everything is web-based. I have been with the platform for about 6 months and they have released MAJOR features about every 6 weeks since I started with no signs of stopping.
