More than 5,000 tanning salons use TanTrack to run the front desk, the tanning floor and the back office from one Windows-based system. Point of sale and memberships: sell products, services, packages and gift cards at the counter with integrated credit card processing. Set up tanning and service memberships with monthly or annual billing cycles. Automated EFT billing charges memberships on schedule, and if a payment fails, TanTrack automatically tries the second card on file. Tanning equipment control: TanTrack works with the major tanning timer systems, including timers that are no longer sold, so beds, spray tanning and other timer-linked equipment are controlled from the front desk. Appointments and online booking: book clients, services and equipment from one scheduling screen. With the Client Portal, clients book appointments and buy products online 24/7, and bookings show up in TanTrack instantly, which helps prevent double-booked beds. Self check-in Kiosk (add-on): clients sign up, sign release forms, check in by fingerprint or email login, buy products and packages, update their card on file, join the bed waiting list and, in states that allow 24-hour tanning, send themselves to a bed. Digital forms and signatures: build paperless forms from templates at no extra charge and email clients when documents are waiting. Employees and security: choose which screens each employee can open. Unique ID codes and passwords tag every transaction with the employee who performed it. Reporting and integrations: run more than 300 reports covering clients, sales, employees, products, packages, services, suppliers, coupons, beds, gift cards and refunds, or have TanTrack run them automatically. Export cash, check and credit card payments and time clock data to QuickBooks Pro. Cloud and add-ons: host your database off-site on cloud servers that scale from one location to thousands. Optional extras include the Digital Menu and Billboard for waiting-area TVs, SMS text messaging packages and salon hardware. Setup and support: the Nichesoft team handles installation and data migration from your current tanning salon software and has run thousands of migrations.
