TANSS is a German ITSM software solution designed for IT service providers, MSPs and IT departments. The modular platform automates IT workflows, increases service desk productivity, and can be scaled to meet the evolving needs of modern IT teams. TANSS was invented by HUCK IT GmbH, a company with a strong community that knows and lives IT in practice. What began as an internal solution for the company's own IT service has developed into one of the most powerful ITSM solutions in the DACH region in recent years.
