I like the simple fact that Tango offers multiple gift cards to choose from, including different brands. It's always nice to have something different to choose from instead of just picking one simple gift card from the same brand every time I get a reward. The initial setup was easy. I didn't have the features on the desktop app I expected and was sold. Tried to cancel right away and wouldn't be given a refund. I read the features were misadvertised and it didn't deliver them. The desktop app is janky. I wouldn't recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Chrome extension makes even last minute workflow captures no problem for our team. We can develop SOPs/workflows in minutes and share them with our team via links. I appreciate the ability to quickly edit steps and keep the links updated rather than having to share the entire workflow all over again. I also appreciate the ability to add in our own screenshots and blur portions of the screen. Tango is easy to get started with, the desktop app makes it easy to include out-of-browser screenshots. I use Tango near daily when we are getting started with a new product or process. It is well received by our entire team and the Guide Me feature has reduced the amount of in-person time I have to spend training people on multistep processes.
