"Tango Makes It Easy to Show Step-by-Step Instructions"
4/5
What do you like best about Tango?

Tango makes it easy to show specific steps along with detailed editing features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

I do wish there was a way to take a screenshot of a whole page rather than only of specific parts of the page, otherwise I have not found anything else that I dislike at this time.

I also spoke to another Nex-Tech employee who is working on creating Tangos as well, he is interested in a "Dark Mode" version of the app/ website. Just wanted to throw that out as I would also be interested in it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tango has been my greatest module making/onboarding/training buddy"
5/5
What do you like best about Tango?

I like that it's easy to use, edit, navigate, implement, export and share with the team. I love its minimalist UI and the extension just goes straight to creating your tango. It also detects the websites you're in and adds the link to it which paves a great and easy integration. Really smooth as its name, you're ready to tango! This makes my onboarding creation and training the team especially when using a software/website/platform seamless and interactive. Its documentation feature is spot on! What do you dislike about Tango?

No dislikes. I think what it can improve on is its accuracy capturing and step details/instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Incentive Management, Stellar Usability"
5/5
What do you like best about Tango?

I like that Tango is definitely easy to use and provides some great ideas, which stands out to me. It also really helps steer you in the right direction when it comes to gift card rewards and services, which is a big thing for me. Moreover, Tango saves time, allowing me to put more time into our business, which adds great value. The initial setup was quite easy, with a super quick process, so there's nothing crazy about it. "Effortless Task Recording, Minor Tweaks Needed for Perfection"
5/5
What do you like best about Tango?

I love that I can be in the middle of a task and think "hmm, this needs to be recorded" and simply hit the Tango button and continue doing the task with no interruption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

Occasionally, the tool doesn't capture exactly what I need while I'm working, which means I have to go back, edit, and re-snip. However, this is only a minor inconvenience. I also think it would be helpful if the online and desktop versions of Tango were combined, making it easier to capture every step of your process seamlessly. "How Tango helped us to make easy guides for our clients"
5/5
What do you like best about Tango?

The best thing about tango is you can create guide by just clicking the parts that you want to how, even highlighting it for us so that the people who will see our guide is guided on what to click.

Help our client to use it as a guide on how to use our sotftware so our implementation is a lot easier with this.

Help our customer support if the client is having a question on how to get some reports on the software, our support just send the guide for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

What I dislike about tango is you there is not much option for the user to edit the photo that is captured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Easiest Way to Communicate Steps Remotely"
5/5
What do you like best about Tango?

I use tango regularly to create interactive visual aids and how-to guides to help students and colleagues solve problems. The simple process of putting one together allows me to create a comprehensive guide in seconds, which I can then name, edit, and send to anyone. The best part about tango is that it will walk you through the task side-by-side, seeing both the instructions and the page you're working with at once. It is super simple to add as an extension to Google Chrome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

Tango does draw directly from the page you're looking at, so if it is a page with sensitive or personal information, there is not currently a tool that allows you to blur things out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and Reliable Prepaid Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Tango?

I really appreciate how Tango is fast and reliable. I use it as a prepaid gift card to buy my essential needs online without any payment issues. It's great that I can easily use it to receive my incentives from participating in crowdfunding and spend it without problems. The incentive redeem feature is particularly valuable to me since Tango card is one of the few available options to receive my rewards. The setup was easy and fast, which made getting started a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

I think the security of the platform can be increased to prevent hacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Documentation with Tango"
5/5
What do you like best about Tango?

I find Tango very easy to use. I enjoy how well it documents steps and keeps the screen with good quality. It solves the problem of having to document or type manually by just following the steps on the Tango desktop/online version, with everything documented as I go through a task. I appreciate that it's a very useful tool and I can document steps very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

I think there should be an option for making video recordings, instead of just step-by-step guides. Having this would provide a wider variety of options to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Guide Creation with Seamless Editing and Interactive Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Tango?

Tango makes it incredibly quick to build user guides simply by walking through a workflow as you normally would. The capture process is seamless, and I appreciate how easy it is to go back and edit or refine steps as needed. The tool supports different learning styles well. Some users prefer a written guide, while others learn best by being hands-on, and Tango meets both needs. Reviewers can reference the guide on their own or use the “step me through it” feature, which creates a more interactive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

No major concerns so far. Any small edits I’ve needed have been easy to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
