I mostly use Tango to create step-by-step guides and documentation automatically while I am doing the actual work. I like how I don't have to pause my work because Tango takes care of everything automatically, like taking screenshots and step detection. This makes it much easier for me to concentrate and be more productive on my work. Before using Tango, I had to spend most of my time creating documentation on my own, but now it's so easy, that it actually feels like a lot less work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes in automatic step detection, Tango detects some unnecessary steps or it doesn't capture the exact steps I want. I would love it if it could introduce some human in the loop concept. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
