Previous Response: Had hoped to have voice transcription with process documentation UPDATE: The Head of Revenue reached out acknowledging the situation wasn't handled well, issued the refund, and is revisiting communication on the website. He also offered use of the soon to be updated software as compensation for this episode. So the follow-up at this point, post review, was handled according to best practices. The functionality in question (voice transcription for desktop capturing) will still not be available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tango? Previous Response: Website misrepresents that the voice capture is available with desktop capture - it is NOT. Purchased the software solely because of this combined functionality. Support acknowledged marketing does communicate that but they would not refund my money. UPDATE: The Head of Revenue said they'd revisit the website positioning on this topic, but haven't seen a change implemented yet (only a few days). So that is definitely a needed improvement. I didn't have the features on the desktop app I expected and was sold. Tried to cancel right away and wouldn't be given a refund. I read the features were misadvertised and it didn't deliver them.
