Slow ness to the site and having some tedious workflows that can be fast

It help the user and support team about its health so they are keep fit and energtic

**What do you like best about Tango Health?**

Their Team is so passionate with the beneficiaries. They guide employees to select and use the best health plan for their needs, improving their understanding of their benefits. Helping the HR Team with the medical part.

**What do you dislike about Tango Health?**

There is nothing much I dislike about Tango Health, But there was some payroll, and hourly tracking of some employees wasn't up to the mark compared with others.

**What problems is Tango Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I was working in a company, they included them after few months. Until then, I thought I was underpaid according to the hours I worked, but after that, it was sorted and managed with the payment and benefits.

**What do you like best about Tango Health?**

The benefits of Tango Health software are that it makes great health benefits and education on benefits more accessible. Working at my organization, we were able to support employees and have a tool that broke down the data and informed us if there were errors in enrollment and registration. Their blog is also great and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Tango Health?**

The onboarding process was somewhat confusing for me and my peers. Their customer support was great, but it was a steep learning curve for the team to transition from our previous HR benefits and analytics software.

**What problems is Tango Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am supporting my manager in printing, filing, and notices from the IRS if anything is not up-to-date, or filed inaccurately, so that has helped us a lot since our previous software was difficult to learn and manage in that regard.
