The templates you create in Tango make sending bulk gifts simple and fast. Their customer service is responsive, but there are plenty of offline resources to help new users get up to speed quickly. The only drawback I can see is the time it takes to set up ACH debit to avoid the card fees for loading money to the account. Tango is allowing me to send bulk gifts quickly at the end of the financial year without waiting for recipient responses and possibly losing funds. Tango is a really easy and convenient way to send rewards, like incentivising participants in a study. It is convenient because I can send rewards to multiple people at once and participants can choose from a wide variety of gift cards, maximizing the attractiveness of the rewards. Inserting receivers emails and names manually can take a while, it'd be nice to be able to upload an excel worksheet, for example, and the program would automatically create a list with receivers. What do you dislike about Tango? If an employee doesn't immediately claim the reward, the reward seems to disappear. I think that is a software glitch that should be fixed. This was a very easy and userfriendly platform. I am new to conducting research, but this has been a game-changer in helping me incentivize my participants.
