What do you like best about Tanda?

What do you dislike about Tanda?

If you need to redo an export, you have to delete the first export to Xero first and go back to Zero in terms of process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tanda?

The birthday feature is good as is the storage of training docs/expiry reminders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tanda?

The holiday accrual for hourly staff just flat out does not work or accrue properly.

There have been many glitches in the system with holiday accrual over my 6 months using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tanda:

This is a slightly cheaper and just as useful system to use than the likes of Rotaready. If you can look past some of the minor glitches and issues, it stands up well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tanda solving and how is that benefiting you?

The time sheets and delivery of Rota's is easier than most systems I've used in the past. It is generally a lot quicker to get things done. Would be nice for the app to be more useful to get these things done on the move. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tanda?

Simple and easy to use. I like how the Dashboard gives you all an At-A-Glance view of important info. Also really happy with the feature additions that have been impremented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's confusing on how to add or update clock-ins or clock-outs in the event an employee forgets to punch in or out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tanda?

Ease of use, simplicity for staff, fantastic reporting, great customer service/help desk!

We run from multiple sites so have Geo fences setup for the varying teams makes it much easier to confirm employee location was on site and if not this is highlighted from review.

Tanda is a great workforce management tool for both staff and management teams allowing visibility to all.

We are using all functions offered in the system.

The direct link to the appropriate industry award is excellent by taking away the confusion that this can cause for your staff.

Rostering has been stream lined and enabled management to get things planned earlier.

Direct payroll integration speeds up processing of staff wages while also reducing potential human error.

The staff on boarding is fantastic in collecting the right information upfront and the ability to have key documents reviewed and acknowledged. The ability to manage staff qualifications (licenses), with reminders sent to staff when coming due, also notifying their direct manager is also a great help. "The Complete Package"

What do you like best about Tanda?

Tanda is the complete package. Tanda has everything, from rostering and storing all employee information, time clocks and timesheets to importing the finalised time sheet into our separate accounting package and that is after it has applied the correct Award to the timesheets. Tanda has made our payroll so accurate and efficient. It is a huge time saver. I forgot to mention the employees can apply for leave and employers can approve or deny the leave. What do you dislike about Tanda?

What problems is Tanda solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Award changes were getting a little tricky and more time was being spent by the payroll clerk to check and recheck the award to make sure the payrates were being applied correctly. Also the way the Award was written left a bit to the interpretation of the reader. We are now very comfortable with how Tanda interprets and applies the rules of the Award.
