Ease of use. It's so easy to navigate. I've used many HR and payroll systems currently on the market and Tanda is the most user friendly. It's easy to learn and the support is the best from any software product I've used. the Tanda Dan auto bot is the best feature as is the ability to impersonate users to see what they see. The support during implementation phase is brilliant and nothing is too hard. The integration with other products is seamless and has been instrumental in streamlining our processes and efficiencies. The only thing would be only having 1 integration per account with Seek for the Tanda Hire function. Given we have 4 locations within the 1 account, it makes it difficult to use this function for all entities. The Hire function is only in early stages so I'm sure this can be adapted in the future.
