I have been most impressed with the customer service from the Sales Optimise team, the product updates and the usability of the system. There is often a learning curve with systems like this, and I have not found that to be the case with SalesOptimise. I found assigning credits and determining how many credits are left to be very confusing. I never know how many credits to transfer each user based on what is remaining/already used. Occasionally the search function is a little buggy, and "search parameters have changed" pops up in error. This rarely happens, but it has occurred on a few occasions.
