Tambua is an OTP API for Africa. Send a code and verify it in two calls. Deliver by SMS, WhatsApp, voice, email or M-PESA, and set an ordered fallback so a code that does not arrive is sent on the next channel automatically. Failed attempts are not billed. Tambua uses its own shared sender IDs, so there is no Sender ID or phone number to buy. Public per-country pricing, signed webhooks, free test keys, and a Node.js SDK (npm install tambua).
