Tama OS is laundry pickup and delivery software for laundromats, owner-operators and delivery businesses. It connects branded online booking, dispatch and routing, a driver app, proof of pickup and delivery, weighed invoicing, memberships and commercial accounts. Operators use their own Stripe account for payments. A local business texting number and Kalia, an AI assistant for routine customer texts, are included. Founder Brian Hofer built Tama OS to run Tama Laundry in Honolulu, where he still drives routes. Plans start at $199 per month for one van, with no percentage of sales, no per-order fees and no contract. The first 60 days are free. Card processing and optional add-ons are separate.
