All of our candidates were able to successfully complete their interviews via this platform. Additionally, the sales and costumer service team were very responsive to our feedback and requests for support. Finally, reviewers found it very easy to log into the system and view the videos. **What do you dislike about Talview?** The templates for emails could be improved, but they allowed us to create our own templates. Additionally, while we could have multiple reviewers for a given interview (what they call an assessment), we could only have one administrator (what they call recruiter) who emails invited candidates and assigns reviewers for that assessment.
