Employees are held to an invisible standard. A self-described high Performance promise is made by the developers with no solid feedbacks. One of the cons is the dashboard Issue. The dashboard of the software is not very user-friendly. There is not much options available contact the candidate directly. The overall User Interface of the software is not very easy to use.
