It is all about trust. You feel immediately that you can trust the customer service managers and they will help you in any way shape or form as quickly as possible. I have not been using the system long, and I don't need to because it is so simple but effective. This is great because it makes it easier to implement if I were to do so. **What do you dislike about Talos Perform?** The only thing I would say is that it just helps one area of HR. Don't get me wrong, it is the most important area of HR, talent management has a huge nock on effect with everything we do in HR. However, if they were to implement an area for annual leave sign off and submission or HR policy documents sign off, it would be incredibly successful. **What problems is Talos Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It breaks down each part of the review and really makes you focus on and think about each area. It also forces you to be quite honest which is brilliant as open and honest feedback is the only way you will grow. The fact you can also use peer to peer recognition and feedback is a really important point as this can really motivate people and keep them with us. ### 2.
