Exceptional platform that has allowed us to automate our coupon code management across multiple websites. The platform includes advanced features like allowing us to use one code but tie it back to customer email addresses to prevent any coupon code abuse (without forcing us to create a million unique codes and send one to each customer). Talon.One does a good job of offering discounts or promotional coupon codes to customers both en masse or as one-off codes. The flexibility of the coupon methodology provided nearly limitless potential. If your data feed is sending variable data to the API, you can use it however you'd like. The "programming" language inside of Talon.One's GUI interface is not exactly straightforward. It doesn't work fantastically, but it takes some prolonged usage before one quite understands how to build a campaign from scratch. I did a lot of "copy/paste" until I understood the tool. Talon.one is a simple tool to integrate which then powers your applications to be able to do "promotions". Promotions are credits, vouchers, discounts, and referrals. Most companies in space force your customers to create an account on another platform. Which increases complexity while making the user experience clunky.
